In Summer 2017, he graduated from San Jose State University's
Animation/Illustration program, where he gained a solid understanding of
art fundamentals. After graduating, he enrolled in the
iAnimate Feature Animation Program to focus on 3D animation. During his time at iAnimate, he was able to learn from top animators and work on various remote freelance projects. In September 2017, he graduated the iAnimate feature program and relocated to Vancouver, Canada where he completed his first feature film, Hotel Transylvania 3 and earned his first TV show screen credit on Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures. Since then he moved to Los Angeles and had the opportunity to be a part of the Talent Development program at Walt Disney Animation Studios. Upon completing the program he then worked as an Animation Apprentice on Frozen II. After that he was a Character Lead on the DreamWorks movie, Spirit Untamed and helped pioneer Jellyfish Picture’s new virtual studio setup when the pandemic put everything to a halt. Then he moved back up to Vancouver, Canada and was a part of the Sony Pictures Imageworks animation crew again braving the high seas on The Sea Beast. Following that he helped Axis Studios cross the finish line on their first feature film, Scrooge: A Christmas Carol. Then he got picked up by ILM and worked on the heart felt super hero smash hit movie Ultraman: Rising. After that project wrapped and a brief break reconnecting with family back in the States, he said yes to the adventure of living in Spain and to be a part of the growing Skydance Animation Team on the upcoming Netflix movie, Pookoo. :]
In his free time he enjoys swing dancing, restoring his old VW Bug and, creating comics for fun.
